Assembly New York accepts returns on unworn, unwashed, and unaltered items within 14 days of the original delivery date. Please note that all vintage, apothecary, and sale items are considered final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
Initiate Your Request
Email our support team with your order number and the items you wish to return to receive a Return Authorization number.
Prepare Your Package
Securely pack your items in their original packaging with all designer tags attached and include the original packing slip.
Ship the Item
Affix your prepaid shipping label or use your preferred carrier to send the package to our Lower East Side flagship location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our team inspects the returned goods, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
